Every employee’s identity is unique. We monitor† for fraudulent use of their Social Insurance Number, name, address, and date of birth in applications for credit and services. If we detect a potential threat to the member’s identity, we alert them by text, email, phone, or mobile app.
Defend
We help block hackers from stealing personal information on the member’s devices, and our VPN helps keep their online activity private.
Resolve
If the member becomes a victim of identity theft, one of our North American- Based Identity Restoration Specialists will work to help restore it.
Reimburse
If the member becomes a victim of identity theft, we provide coverage for lawyers and experts, if needed, plus reimbursement for personal expenses up to $1million†††

1 If your plan includes Credit Application Alerts, two requirements must be met to receive said features: (i) your identity must be successfully verified with TransUnion (for One-Bureau) or with TransUnion and Equifax (for Two-Bureau); AND (ii) TransUnion (for One-Bureau) or TransUnion and Equifax (for Two-Bureau) must be able to locate your credit file(s) and it/they must contain sufficient credit history information.
